Twisted Metal: Black Walkthrough 16 - I Need a New Axel
1With stats like that, Axel is actually better than you'd think. He's a well-rounder with a disjointed Special Weapon hitbox. It is a blue power wave that hits everyone within the radius, just like his previous incarnations. Think of it like a Gas Can, but triple the radius. It can go through floors and walls because of how big it is. But that's not all. He is the other vehicle in the game with a secondary Special.
Like with Shadow, if you press up three times with the Special selected, Axel will combine his wheels together and travel at higher speeds and mobility, turning into a War Wheel. In this state, you can ram into other opponents for higher ram damage, twice at maximum because the secondary Special doesn't last long. The War Wheel also acts like a shield, reducing the amount of damage Axel receives by 85%. Oh yeah, that is a nice perk!
While Axel is a Blackfield Asylum Patient, he doesn't have a Prologue. Just an Ending like WartHog and ManSlaughter. Nothing's gonna stop him from avenging his wife's death, as he enters the contest to do just that. Will he achieve such a goal? Will his pain be fully relieved? Who is the person that murdered his wife? Tonight, we shall soon see...
Since I unlocked all the battlegrounds in the game, these are just gonna be regular Story playthroughs. But we're almost done with all the characters! Only ManSlaughter and Sweet Tooth remaining after this. Oh by the way, NO DEATH RUN!
