Here is my updated tutorial on how to setup a two PC stream setup using NDI plugin. A lot has changed and the process is super easy now.

NDI Requirements:
To use NDI you should have both the Streaming PC and the Gaming PC connected via Ethernet (Not WiFi) to a network with a gigabit router.

Here's a tip: If you don't have a gigabit router, you can use a network switch instead.
