1. Share Documents from CRM to Client Portal
CRM users can now share documents directly with a contact's Client Portal.
Documents uploaded under contacts document management can now be toggled to be shared or unshared via a simple action.
Users can stop sharing anytime, instantly revoking access from the Client Portal.
2. Client Portal Uploads to CRM
Contacts can now upload documents via the Client Portal, which are automatically made available in the CRM under the contact's Documents.
CRM users can view and manage these uploaded files under the “Client Portal” Folder in received section of Documents.
Contacts have the ability to delete their own uploaded documents directly from the Client Portal, giving them control over what they share.
Contacts can preview and download any document — whether it’s a file they uploaded or one shared with them by the business — for improved visibility and access.
