Frank/Dante BFFs forever. Frank becomes level 4 on the first camera shot(before Survival Techniques #1) and builds a little over 1 bar, so even if you don't have a 2nd bar Frank can still be a reliable point character with great damage, and get to level 5 easily.

If you DHC to Devil Trigger, Dante is still an excellent point character with the added benefit of having Frank's Shopping Cart assist, and even if Dante dies, Frank is either level 4 or 5 giving him excellent damage, mobility, and extra health to be a tank.

1st combo does about 623k, you only need about 1 or 2 hits for Frank to go from level 4 to level 5 after this combo.

2nd does around 755k or 765k, just some vanilla DHC Glitch-esque stuff, if it still existed it'd be great :(

3rd is a level 5 Frank BnB that does around 750k for 1 bar.
