Hello guys. Today we shall speak about ways to fix the major defect in the Ultrasabers Graflix. At first I thought it was only mine but then the customer service said all are effected by it. So I then looked at the community and she was right everyone has this problem. I don't understand why they shipped it this way knowing this problem.
