there's a recent patch for uncharted 4 and the lost legacy that enabled the game to run on a processor without AVX2 instructions...also the game is cpu demanding ((for a weak processor of course)) so fps tanks below 30fps when in heavy crowded area...To lessen the CPU usage too, try to wait for the shaders to compile then play the game.
