As I suspected, Cyclone Summoner is just a bulk rare, worth only 15 cents.
Despite feeling like a total bust of a pack, however, there are a couple things to be salvaged from it. The Snow-Covered Swamp is good for 82 cents, and while the Koma's Coil token's Scryfall page doesn't list a TCGplayer value, Card Kingdom sells it for 79 cents apiece, and as of the time of this posting is out of stock on them.
Yes, the token is the second most expensive card in this pack. Sadly, with a couple of exceptions, that's pretty much the kind of set Kaldheim is.
