I've had this song in my head for years and learned how to play it around christmas of last year but wasn't exactly sure when I was gonna arrange it. I had a few different ideas on how to approach this from a samba, to a bossa, and even a ballad kinda at one point but I just decided one whatever you call this style for the cover since I thought I could do the most with it when it came time to solo. In comparison to my other works, this one isn't very complex by any means. I always like to push myself to improve and strive for new things with each cover and while I still I feel I did that this time around, I want to stop pressuring myself to drop my magnum opus every single upload lol. This cover is something you can just lay back and kinda vibe to and I'm perfectly content with that.
I think this the first time I've dropped two videos so quickly back to back. I definitely think I have enough time to record another cover so this might be my first triple upload month. While this won't be the standard going forward as I think double uploads are much more manageable and reasonable for the sake of quality, I'm pretty happy that I've been able to up my workflow to the point where I'm able to get these out more efficiently. I want to dedicate some time to some Trails covers coming up soon but I'm not sure what the next cover will be all things considered. Since this is basically a free space for whatever I want, might finally be time to tap in to that anime I watched recently that cemented itself into my top 10 after a few hours of crying at the ending. Prolly my last anime cover of the year but ima make it my best out of respect for the source material. As always if you read this far, thank you for taking the time out of your day to read through my thoughts and stuff. I feel like I just be rambling half the time through these descriptions but it feels like there's a special bond between me and the few of yall that be reading these and I don't take that for granted. We're also mad close to 500 subs!!!! I was expecting it to take up until December for us to hit the goal but we might hit it by November. Can't thank yall enough for running it up on my recent covers and just overall showing your support for so long. I think we can really go places with this channel and it's only thanks to you guys.
