Here's a text instruction from my good friend Maxen13 if you're still having trouble.

In the large cavern with the furnace, there are pieces of lavarock (flaming rocks) falling from above. Just let yourself get hit by them.
There are two sources for the falling lavarock, one up and to the right and the other is up and to the left. The lavarocks all follow a very similar path, just beware there are two paths so if you place yourself in the way of the rocks you should get hit by alternate rocks.
You may also get this naturally when flying around doing the other objectives.
