Having escaped from the Psycho, Sam meets with Mike who survived the blast from the flammable barrels he was accidentally ignited when leaving the Sanitorium.
They then find Ashley and Chris who are all then confronted by the Psycho. The Shot Chris made turned out to be a blank.
Adding to the torment the endured, the Psycho takes off his mask revealing himself to be - JOSH....
Meanwhile, Emily finds herself dangling from the tower by 1 leg in the mine shaft she and Matt fell down.
Having managed to free herself, she then wanders the dank pitch-dark mines whilst trying to find a way out, only due to distant screeching, she's not alone and worse still - Stumbles across horrifying vital clues from what happened 1 year ago that very night...
