Until We Die es un juego de estrategia de defensa de la base. Tu base es la estación de metro subterránea. Tendrás que defenderla contra toda clase de bichos llegados en un meteorito.

Para ganar, deberás sobrevivir rechazando a los atacantes durante 30 días del juego. Al principio, serán pequeños grupos de bichos; al final, tendrás que combatir una horda imponente de mutantes. Además, el juego terminará si muere nuestro héroe, Ivan, o si destruyen el generador de energía que alimenta la base.
