TLDR: Download the latest version of BetterJoy from the link below. Extract the .zip into a new folder, go into the Drivers folder, and install the ViGEmBusSetup_x64.msi file (only if you're on 64-bit Windows, if you're using 32-bit Windows install the ViGEmBusSetup_x86.msi file instead). You can now launch BetterJoy via the BetterJoyForCemu.exe file! CLOSE STEAM COMPLETELY, connect your controller (before or after you start the program), and you're ready to go!

Man, this video has been a long time coming. I'm genuinely glad I discovered this tool as I really like my Pro Controller, and not only that but it supports the controller system-wide!
