11Go ahead and copy and paste what is below to a notepad file and then save it as a .bat file
REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade" /v "AllowOSUpgrade" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Of course you can always just go to the address ( HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade ) and double click AllowOSUpgrade and set the value to 1, either way you do it the results will be the same.
