2they made vbreak so that after a dash (against quick recovery) everyone is -2, but distance may vary through characters
some characters have slower dashes meaning it may be harder for them to apply pressure
unless your opponent finds a way to beat it, delay jab should do the job
also it's mostly useful midscreen, if you're getting cornered you're in trouble lol
