In this video I show how I was able to obtain S-Rank on every stage of Vengeful Guardian Moonrider on PS5. The requirements seem pretty forgiving since you can use any of the chip modifications to make progress a bit easier. I think it's mostly about defeating enough enemies per stage without dying and as quickly as possible. Not sure about the total amount of damage that can be received but I was still able to obtain S-Ranks after receiving a lot of damage.
