Details that may or may not be relevant:
I was uploading a video at the time of recording.
I record using OBS.
My computer has 16GB RAM, an intel i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz Processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080.
Like I said I haven't had this offset off sync issue happen like this before. I'm going to fix the recording in post and review my OBS settings but I'm seriously stumped.
