In this video I tell the story of how I experienced Virgin Media's Broadband customer service when my internet went down for nearly 10 days. I experienced lies, excuses and disrespectful behavior. In a city like London internet should be seen as a utility, like electricity or water and if your service fails for such a long time I expect my ISP to compensate me accordingly! Which they didn't!
