For the bonus objectives, keep in mind that only the finishing hit needs to be of the listed method; you can use other weapons to soften the mini-bosses up first.

For Wot, I'd recommend a non-elemental pistol (a TMP or Jakobs should work nicely), as you won't get the bonus if they're killed by an elemental effect.

Reeth is just a beefed-up Psycho; spam melee while circling around him to beat him without too much trouble. Obviously, a weapon with +50% melee damage is helpful here.
