This one eyed abomination, is a cross between a spider and a roach. You can try shooting her in the eye or throw a Deku Nut at her to stun her. Whilst she's stunned, attack her eye with your sword, before she recovers. When she recovers, she'll retreat to the ceiling and lay eggs. quickly break those eggs before they hatch. if one of them does hatch, a Gohma larva is born, and you'll have to kill it.Once all the eggs or larvae are destroyed, Queen Gohma will drop down and try to attack you. Rinse and repeat by stunning her and gouging her eye out. When she's about to lay eggs, you can knock her off the ceiling by shooting her eye. She'll drop down and be stunned. Either way, you must gouge out her eye until she dies. After she's dead, you can gain the Heart Container and step through the beam of light and out. Alas, all this was for naught, for death for the Deku Tree is imminent. Before he expires, he'll give you the Kokiri's Emerald. a bittersweet moment early in the game. :(
