Warframe Nyx Prime Build 250 range OVERVIEW
This build maximizes Nyx's ability to control the battlefield through mental manipulation, while hitting that 100% armor reduction on psychic Bolts

ABILITIES
Mind Control
With the ability to buff the targets we take from the enemy, this ability is now quite a good powerhouse. With the right weapon, even taking a lowly basic unit can be a power house. Its a great way to dish out damage and also take some of the heat off of us. Ideally you want to prioritize taking control of stronger enemies for maximum damage and tankiness. The damage buff and 4 second window are not affected by any of our stats, so you can't make it terrible on accident.

Psychic Bolts
As someone who has been playing Nyx since her inception, it is still dumbfounding to me that Psychic Bolts is good. This is very simple. At 125% power strength, Psychic Bolts will strip 100% of the armor or shields from the target. The bolts home in on targets, it only takes a single bolt to rip all of that armor away, and we get 6 bolts at max level. So you now have a great way to handle those pesky level 150+ Corrupted Bombards!

Chaos
Our best crowd control option. Everyone looks at everyone else and decides it might be a good idea to kill everyone. Now this doesn't mean they still won't target you, but it lowers your threat level, making it easier for you to murder everyone while they're distracted. Obviously if there's only you and one guy under the effects of Chaos, you're gonna have bad time. Targets that are immune to Chaos are stunned for a few seconds, so in a pinch, you can use it to escape or turn around a bad situation.

Spellbind
Absorb is pretty useless for this build outside trying to use it to protect an objective or keep yourself alive while a teammate cleans up a problem. So now with the Helminth, we use Titania's Spellbind! It creates a decent AOE CC effect and can also straight up remove status effects from ourselves.

MOD CHOICE
Aura
Since Psychic Bolts can strip the armor off of high level enemies with little to no effort, Corrosive Projection isn't needed for this build. Instead we use Energy Siphon, as it not only acts as a way for us to repeatedly cast our abilities more often, but helps keep us alive with Quick Thinking.

Exilus
Since range is one of our most important stats, Cunning Drift is a given. If you're ok with a little less range, I would suggest Speed Drift, as the 15% casting speed is pretty nice. You could also choose Endurance Drift in order to get that extra energy for abilities/effective health.

Survivability
Primed Flow + Quick Thinking will give us multiple layers of effective health, especially with energy orb drops, a teammate that can create more loot (such as Nekros), or even energy restores.

Strength
The goal is to hit 125% power strength, as 125% is the magic number that allows Psychic Bolts to get 100% armor stripping, making high level targets a laughable pile of wet tissue paper. There's no real reason to go higher than 125%, so for this build we hit that perfect number.

Duration
Duration is important for Nyx, but is often stacked much higher than it needs to be. The 150%-200% area is what you're aiming for in most game modes. This will give you 45-60 seconds of Mind Control and Chaos, and if we're being honest, that's all you really need for most situations. There's always a good target for Mind Control, there's always more enemies for Chaos. Don't get too bogged down in trying to get those up to 1+ minutes.

Range
This is our jack pot. More range means you can Mind Control targets from afar, sowing discord before you ever become a target. With Chaos you can spin multiple large rooms into disarray. It also gives you longer range on Psychic Bolts, allowing you to significantly weaken important targets from afar.

Efficiency
Unfortunately there is really no room to make our abilities cost less, not without sacrificing something else that we would deem more important. If you really want to make your abilities cost less, I would suggest turning down Duration to 100% or Range down to 200%.

Augments
Much like Efficiency, there's not much room. Mind Freak can create veritable super soldiers depending on how much damage you can dish to your Mind Control targets within that sacred 4 second window. Pacifying Bolts is pretty useless to us given Mind Control and Chaos are our bread and butter. I think having them kill each other is better than just stunning them. Chaos Sphere can be pretty useful for determining how far out your chaos can stretch, as well as grab additional targets if you are on a map with clusters of enemies coming through check points. Assimilate isn't really useful to us for this build since we're not going for a super tank style build. If you're ok with less range or duration, the ability to walk around with a bubble can be useful. As long as you're also ok with moving at the speed of mayonnaise.
