I have a lot of updates that I want to share with you which includes my office, the fish tank, a new car, our health journey and so much more. Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken
Ingredients:
•4 Chicken Breast
•9 oz sweet baby rays BBQ or (any of your choosing)
•2 TBS apple cider vinegar (makes chicken tender)
•1 TBS Olive oil
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp onion powder
•1/2 tsp paprika
•1/4 tsp chili powder
•1/4 tsp ground pepper
•1 cup water
Instructions:
Place chicken in crock pot (poke holes inside the chicken breast so marinade can seep in)
In separate bowl combine:
BBQ sauce, spices, apple cider vinegar, olive oil then add one cup of water then whisk!
Pour Over the chicken
cook on low 6 hours or High for 4-5 hours
shred with fork. Add more BBQ for taste and Enjoy!
