Thanks for watching my video! I am a licensed and nationally certified mental health therapist. I have 10 years experience in the field of psychotherapy. I am a certified clinical trauma therapist and work primarily with children, adolescents, parents, and families. However, I see some young and older adults struggling with transitions, trauma, grief, and loss.
As an international media contributor (contributing through writing, podcasts, radio interviews, blog posts, consulting, etc), I discuss topics such as borderline personality disorder, relationships, and severe and untreated mental illness.
I enjoy connecting with people internationally and engaging them in a discussion of mental health, relationships, and ways to overcome challenges we all face.
