Enemy camera shots are slightly inaccurate but the player camera shots were sped up 100% accurately. Everything was sped up based on bullet movement, not timer (the timer still counts down even when everything is still).

Player camera shots are exactly one fourth of 100% speed (25% speed), while enemy camera shots start at an unknown low speed and gradually rise in speed to a speed less than 100%, then jumps back to 100% speed in one frame. Enemy camera shots last for approximately a bit less than 28 frames. My video editor doesn't allow me to edit or create my own curves for speed so I had to pick the preset for the one that closely matched (or rather neutralized) the enemy camera shot slowdown's curve.
