What Exactly Is A Spyrite? | Tales of Xillia
2With Volt defeated and subsequently tamed by the combined effort of the team, Balan decides to give us a crash course on Spyrites that just raises more questions than answers for me. Okay, so Spyrites are generated by someone with a booster focusing mana into a spirit fossil, right? But Elympians don't have mana lobes and thus cannot channel spirit artes, which I would surmise to mean they are incapable of converting the spirit fossils into Spyrites. If that's true, how do they already have Spyrites here, let alone actually being the ones that developed the technology when boosters I think were a Rieze Maxian creation and would have apparently required a Rieze Maxian to use in order to perform the conversion? As far as we know the hole in the schism only opened one way 20 years ago: from Elympios to Rieze Maxia. That's why all the Exodus people couldn't go home. So how the heck do Spyrites exist?
