Now this is a mash-up we can get behind! Former ILM Modelmaker John Eblan has built many studio scale starships in his career, and this personal project he debuted at WonderFest is truly inspired. John has recreated the upcoming USS Enterprise (CVN-80) to scale with a fleet of science fiction spaceships from the universes of Star Wars, Star Trek, and beyond. The flight deck of this model gives an appropriate sense of the scale of these spacecraft, along with the awesome size of this aircraft carrier.
