Dream Cycle is a procedurally generated game inspired by Lovecraft's Dreamlands - and with some big names in the industry behind it, you'd expect it to be a great title - though instead, it became a warning about why procedural generation is best served with proper rules, rather than with reckless abandon.

Dream Cycle sadly ends up feeling like a cool idea abandoned too early and with too little refinement.
