How is it different from the other forms?
Belgium has a third form of government as community government. This community government is elected by people belong to one language community - Dutch, French and German - speaking no matter where they live.

It is different from Sri lanka's majoritarian government because Belgium's community government has equal power and autonomy as state and central government has.
