You will get this in Checkpoint 9. You need to use the Chicks to make a battery to progress the story, but for this trophy/achievement, you need to use them all. To clump them together, hug the far left wall until they run to you. Jump a few times so they pile up on each other. When they're ready, run to the right and immediately pull the lever. With a little luck, they'll all get caught in the box and become a battery.
