Today's autism family vlog is the story of how and why Andy started eating meat for the first time in over 10 years of surviving on little more than crisps and fizzy drinks. We still have a long way to go to integrate them fully in to his daily diet, but this feels like a great moment for a celebration. This week he's eating chicken, beef, fish and even a pea! All because he wanted to reach the bell ropes in his new favourite church. Today, he finally got to reach them, all because he made good food choices.

Hi, I'm Kevin Chapman, a full-time YouTuber, author, podcaster, speaker and occasional teacher from Peterborough, UK.
