Why I haven't been covering Delta Force and stopped playing it (RANT)
40It's time for me to dispense the 500lb elephant in the room and come clean. I haven't been enjoying my time with Delta Force after its release on PC. I really haven't. Not because I think the game is bad, or unoriginal or a "Battlefield Clone" as some people ignorantly say. It's because to me personally at this juncture this game is boring, the weapon balancing is not that great, the SBMM utterly killed the game in a way, shady microtransaction practices with skins and lootboxes, specialists, and lack of a console release date window. All these problems pretty much rolled into one big snowballing concern for the game and I am not happy about it. I used to love this game and was estatic when I was personally invited to the Delta Force Alpha and Beta tests, but now the honeymoon is over and I'm taking a look at this game from a unbiased prospective.
