Leia's iconic gold bikini quickly became a pop culture icon but has also faced a lot of controversy and criticism over the last 5 years. The outfit has been removed from any merchandise however I believe that it's important that it sticks around. Leia has been a role model and someone for myself and many other girls to look up to as she is a strong and powerful hero. I hope that LEGO makes a new version of this figure one day and that it's not a thing of the past. I guess we will find out her fate when The Skywalker Saga releases...
