India Already Had Many Tech School and Its Not Called Tech School, its Called India Vocational School for Programmers or Skill Trade.
Firstly India Don't Have Good School and Even Sri Lanka Have Good Tech School.
India Need More Technical School:

You Need to Do Your Research Before Enrolling in Tech Vocational Institutes.
Also You Should Look into India Polytechnic Which are Are Technical Institute to Teach You the Technical Stuff.
I Will Say Look in 1 Year Diploma in IT in India and In India Diploma are Worth If You Learn the Skills.
India Programmers are Know the Best Programmers But Most of the Time They are Not from the Tech School or Bootcamps.
And Yes India Need Coding Bootcamps to Teach Youth How to Code for Living.
