IT Job Salary Hikes 2024 update has not been a piece of good news for IT Employees. This is because IT employees who were already struggling because of the IT Layoffs 2024 news now and then, have to face a different issue right now. They are now also not very happy because of the IT Job salary hike update. The salary hike in IT companies in 2024 has been around 7% for the top performers, but it has been nill for almost all other employees. TCS Salary Hike 2024, Infosys Salary Increment, and Wipro Salary Appraisal have all been not upto the mark for IT services employees.
The IT services employees working in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, and other IT services companies have had to deal with low IT Job salary hikes in 2024. Considering the IT layoffs 2024, the future of IT industry in India doesn’t look very appealing. This is one of the reasons why IT sector is failing. It is because IT employees generally do not have enough growth possibilities in front of them within the IT Industry at the moment. Salary increment in IT Industry thus seems to be a problem rather than an incentive for IT employees at the moment.
