   01. Flash Armbian 20.10 to the Tanix TX9s
   02. Setup Armbian to use the meson-gxm-vega-s96.dtb
   03. Download the linux-image-current-arm-64_20.11_arm64 deb package  https://drive.google.com/file/d/16JowGocqH3h7yzs92EwHrWfCBMwRnqtJ/view?usp=sharing
   04. Once booted into Armbian, execute the following commands in terminal
         # install the downloaded file
         sudo apt-get install linux-image-current-arm-64_20.11_arm64.deb
         # reboot
         sudo reboot now
   05. After the system reboots wifi should be working
