As you many of you know, for the last 5 years, Geek Devotions has worked diligently to serve the Geek Community with a singular statement leading the way; “We are a couple of devoted geeks, who are devoted to letting people know that they are loved.” With this mindset, we have worked to let Geeks know that they are loved, cared for, and that God has a plan and a purpose for their lives. We’ve done this through weekly devotions, Bible Studies, and outreaches via online communities such as Twitch and Facebook. We have had the opportunity to speak at conferences, churches, and schools of ministry, to not just speak about Geek Devotions but to help equip and inspire believers to reach people in their own communities.
That said, we’ve come to a point where we need to level up our equipment in a big way. Our main editing and streaming computer is starting to feel its age and we need to upgrade it soon. We would like to invite you to take part in what we are calling Operation Next Level.
Operation Next Level is a campaign we are running to raise $2000 by the beginning of February 2021 to help build a brand new computer that will allow us to continue to edit devotions, stream, and create resources that equip the church to help people take their next step with God. We are offering some rewards for different levels of giving that takes place. For starters, everyone who gives will have their name placed on the tower of the computer. We will have a full breakdown of rewards at the bottom of this letter.
We want to say thank you for even taking time to read this letter and for considering making the sacrifice to support what we do. But even if you are not in a place where you can give, we’d appreciate your prayers. We strongly believe in the power of prayer and God’s provision not just monetarily but in our, everyday walk with God.
