I settings up User Account Control to Never notify due
annoying Message UAC because Windows 8 Build 8002 is beta.

Anyway, I think BonziKill want running on Windows NT 4.0, 2000, x64
But Some Program which BonziKill executed don't work. So i will ported BonziKill to other legacy Windows.
