Run R273948, will appear which is not compatible, click Close, now go to the folder where it extracted the files C: \ dell \ Drivers \ R273948 \ Win64 \ Inst.exe, Inst.exe run, will install normally if your system is 32bit, go to the folder Win32. After installing restart your computer, ready bluetooth should be working for receiving and sending files. If R273948 not work, do the same process with the driver R197652. Execute o R273948, ira aparecer que nao é compativel, clique em fechar, agora va para a pasta onde ele extraiu os arquivos C:\dell\Drivers\R273948\Win64\inst.exe, execute o inst.exe, ira instalar normalmente, caso seu sistema seja de 32bit, va para a pasta Win32. Depois de instalar reinicie o computador, pronto o bluetooth deve estar funcionando para recebimento e envio de arquivos. Caso o R273948 nao funcione, faça o mesmo processo com o driver R197652. Aqui funcionou os dois drivers. Obs.: O Windows 8 foi instalado do zero.
