Finally got Vice City working in linux. I am running the game on wine 1.4 in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. It runs very smooth with sound. The low FPS is because I'm recording. Just after the game starts, you have to press 'Enter' twice to skip the Intro because it crashes if you don't(It happens with me).
