Windows update october 2023 broke my pc entirely. Slowing it down and halving my ram then entirely
1Trying to fix the problem with what is recommended in searches for the problem just caused my pc to enter an eternal diagnostics loop which is breaking my pc entirely, seems the only option I have is to wipe the system entirely with a fresh operating system install which seems suspicious considering windows just removed support for upgrading from windows 7 (and most pc's you buy are made from operating systems upgraded from windows 7 for free because they used that to create all currently purchasable pc's rather than legitimate current operating systems) It feels like they did this to force problems and planned obsolescence to deliberately slowdown "older" pc's and cause problems. Either way what was a functional pc before is now completely slowed down with over half it's ram mysteriously requesitioned which it wasn't before them also 40% of the remaining is constantly in use and the hard drive is 100% in use all the time. It wasn't doing this before the update, and updates were also supposed to be paused on this pc so it shouldn't even have been happening in the first place. god windows sucks and just broke my pc
