Or go flexible with dynamic times, pulling data from webhooks or custom inputs for tailored scheduling.

Bob can choose a specific team member for the appointment or let the system assign one automatically using round-robin logic.
Override Availability
For high-priority cases, Bob can bypass availability checks and book appointments regardless of the calendar’s current state.
Handle Booking Success or Failure :menorah_with_nine_branches:
If an appointment is successfully booked, Bob’s workflow can send a confirmation email.
If it isn’t, Bob can use an If/Else Condition to send himself an internal notification to take action.
