Shell isn't designed to support horizontal workspaces, thus there are some issues, like the notifications pop-ing over workspaces thumbnails, or in Shell appOverview workspaces hide stuff.
however those are more polishing issues, rather usability bugs

this extension can do crazy lots of things! purpose of the video wasn't to demo nothing, but horizontal workspaces!
