Here's our First Look at Tier VIII Premium American cruiser USS Anchorage. If you have played Tier IX American cruiser USS Buffalo in the tech tree, then you largely know what you're getting: Anchorage IS a Buffalo - same hull, same guns, etc. - with a couple of tweaks and changes.

Anchorage is a universal heavy cruiser capable of fighting at close- and mid-ranges. The ships has a decent main caliber guns. "Hydroacoustic Search" consumable and torpedo armament allows Anchorage to feel comfortable in close-range combat, and a "Smoke generator" consumable, which is uncharacteristic for American heavy cruisers, will let her avoid enemy's focused fire or take a break in battle.
