Here's our First Look at Tier X German destroyer Elbing. Mounting the same guns in the same turrets as Tier IX's Schultz, the arrangement changes over to something a bit more friendly and reminiscent of Z-46 in the other branch. Schultz also comes in with the most useful torpedoes in the branch as well as a mind-boggling health pool. Let's talk about this ship and what role we envision she might fill.
