The M41D is a Chinese tier 8 premium light tank.

The M41D is a modification of the American M41A3 Walker Bulldog tank developed in the Republic of China. The vehicle was equipped with the DD 8V-71T diesel engine, a modern fire control system, a modernized M32K1 gun, and side screens. In addition, the tank used a new type of ammunition. A total of 50 vehicles were modernized.
Pros:

Good accuracy, aimtime, gun handling, DPM and penetration
Fires high velocity APCR as standard ammunition
Great mobility, though slightly worse than the M41 Walker Bulldog
Good gun depression and elevation
Ideal crew trainer for all regular Chinese LTs (same crew slots, loader is also radio operator)

Cons:

Somewhat large size and subpar camo values for a light tank
Low alpha damage
Very thin armor offers no real protection, very vulnerable to HE penetration
Subpar premium ammunition, limited penetration increase
