The newest German premium ship Prinz Eugen is disappointing. She's an okay ship, she performs like Admiral Hipper and that's the problem. She doesn't bring anything above the Admiral Hipper to the table - the stats are slightly worse and that's it. No special heals or torpedoes or anything. Just a slightly worse version of Admiral Hipper.
