WRC 7 vs Real Life (Poland): Identical Times on Mikolajki Arena with Mads Østberg
This is my fourth comparison video between the WRC 7 hood cam and the onboard real life cam, this time of Østberg from SS01 of this year's Rally Poland. My time of 1'46"373 is for all practical purposes identical to Østberg's 1'46"4 on the Mikolajki Arena SSS. I had to really nerf myself on this one since sub-1'40"s are easily doable in the game. It looks like on SS01 of Rally Poland 2017 conditions were much more damp than in the game. There is quite a bit of standing water on the track, so most of the speed difference I would put down to low grip due to weather conditions in real life. The track seems quite accurate, just as in the others. However, judging from the position of the sun, the track in the game looks to be rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
