On Saturday, September 21, 2013, a team of student engineers from Temple University will push a Wright Brothers-inspired glider off a 30-foot-high flight deck near Washington, D.C. Their goal: To break the Red Bull Flugtag world record flight distance of 229 feet achieved by a human-powered vehicle.
