No Copyright Strikes yet, just monetisation lost on 3 videos that was fine for 3 years but suddenly got claimed overnight 3 years since upload. Not only that, but the videos that DO have a Content Claim are either in 30 seconds in length on footage where I'm PLAYING & TALKING (both under terms for FAIR USE by the way) or are inconsistent with similar content on other videos (eg. the Title of Twilight Princess HD gets claimed, but the original doesn't, yet 3 episodes of the LP get falsely claimed as I'm talking and playing during the claimed content).

"Fair Use" at this point, is just a phrase; it seems to mean nothing anymore. And this needs to be fixed. Let's join Doug Walker/Nostalgia Critic and unite to fight for our rights as Content Creators. Anything I say should be taken with a grain of salt, as I woke up to this issue on videos that have been fine for 3 years until LAST NIGHT. I really do appreciate you guys support on this channel, and any comments made about our Channel fanBase is only a comparison to other YouTubers that may or may not have the same issue and makes no sense. All I do here is express my confusion and how broken the system is; it's not that bad for me right now, but it can happen to anyone on any video and it doesn't NEED to make sense. #WTFU
