The Rutans are famous for creating some unusually designed aircraft, and this one is no exception. Originally created for Bob Pond to be a racing bird at the Reno Air Races, the Model 158 or Pond Racer never gained acclaim due to its tragically short life.

In X-Plane 11 however, VSkyLabs have redesigned it, fitted it with new turboprops, and now it can fly forever in the virtual skies! Just what kinds of shenanigans can we get into in both Ibiza and Mallorca, let's find out right now!

And yes, it DOES kind of resemble Anakin Skywalker's famous pod racer!
