This is strange. Lightening struck and I had my xbox on a surge protector but I think the surge came through the ethernet port on the xbox because it destroyed a port on my router (lucky it got my xbox instead of ps3, 360, pc, or modem) Funny thing is it may or may not have anything to do with the lightning but at first it would load games just not dashboard and the screen would show customer support error 21 perfectly then. Now when I turn it on it won't boot a game or anything. It just still says the same message except it is all garbled up on the screen and jumping back and forth. I can hear the hdd working so I think it is a corrupted file or possibly graphics card. Anyone with this error please tell me if and how you fixed it.
